The house is located in the heart of a historical area of Tyumen city and performed in a comfortable housing format. It is a complete house with all the advantages of an urban apartment. By the start of reconstruction, the house and the facades were in a poor condition. We decided to transform the planning structure completely and refine the facade by increasing window apertures.

The building responds to all the requirements of European houses. A part of the first floor is organized for business space with a private entrance from the street. From the side of a courtyard, the house has a small area that is used for family holidays. There is also an entrance to the residential part of the house.
