That project is a response to a crowded and chaotic urban environment. So the dwelling designed as a protected personal space.
The volume of the house is designed in a minimalist style with a flat roof and spatial planning structure.

The customers are two friends who own the adjacent areas in the city. They wanted to build two separate houses next to each other.
The architecture of the houses is completely different, but they are united by the idea of a comfortable modern living with an individual environment.
The house plays a role of a protective shield which allows focusing on creating an inner space. Engaging with a residential perimeter the volume faces the south — it keeps the yard filled with sunlight during the daytime.
The heart of the house is a patio with a big terrace, a swimming pool and a rest lounge located nearby the summer kitchen and the BBQ place.
All house facilities have exits to the inner yard due to that the spaces are visually connected with each other and properly warmed by the sun.
